The second European conference and exhibition on Innovative Smart Grid Technologies (ISGT-EUROPE 2011), sponsored by the IEEE Power & Energy Society (PES) and hosted by the School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering of The University of Manchester, will be held December 5 – 7, 2011 at Manchester Central Complex in Manchester, United Kingdom.
