FCC says broadband rollout isn't 'reasonable and timely'

Phrase will be omitted from their report, first time since 1999

The Wall Street Journal is reporting today that Italy's Antitrust Authority is opening a probe against Telecom Italia SpA. The probe comes after allegations that Telecom Italia is "abusing its dominant position in the nation's telecommunications market."
